My Jeep stopped on me with no warning. I had it towed to AutoMax reluctantly. I dealt with AutoMax for years but the last year or two the work and prices were not up to par. To my surprise, when I got there It was under New Management. Blake the Manager, is the epitome of great customer service. He diagnosed my Jeep and told me what was exactly wrong with it. Not only did he tell me, he took me to the shop area to show me (now that's a rarity) which gave validity to his diagnosis. I was pleasantly suprised. Under previous management I was told what the problem was and given variated prices to get it fixed. Blake told me the cost which was complimentary and better to what the cost would be elsewhere, (I called around). He repaired my Jeep and upon my request did a full assessment to avoid other possible issues later. Again, the work was extensive but amicable and within reason. If you need repairs with a trustworthy car repair shop (which is rare) I highly recommend Auto Max. Blake will certainly take care of you. It has 5 stars from me because, they were efficient, trustworthy and have great customer service. Oh by the way they have a finance company to work with you if needed. I opted out of it but its there if needed.
