I brought my car here because my check engine light was on and I smelled something burning. They found out what it was and explained everything to me and got it fixed right away! Mind you it was the week of Christmas and my car was fixed early morning the day before Christmas. Thanks Auto Max crew, you’ll are great at what you do! It was a very relaxed and professional experience. I came for an auto inspection on a Saturday and I did not wait any longer than 10 mins with 2 cars being a head of mean. The people were genuinely nice people. Clean shop.

Needed my car battery replaced and was trying not to spend an arm & a leg; so I tried multiple Walmarts and unfortunately all of them were out of the only battery compatible with my vehicle; I also stopped by multiple Auto Shops but most batteries were so pricey AND they required “professional” installation so these shops would not do the installation for me. I was exhausted from driving back and forth and searching for compatibility for HOURS- As soon as I walked in to Auto Max I was taken car of right away and in a jiffy. They had a battery that fit my car just fine (and comes with warranty) for a reasonable price and had it installed quickly, saving us the inconvenience of trying to DIY (my make/model requires a few bolts and panels be removed). That was my only complaint at first -that I felt their initial quote of an installation that did not take very long at all, and for something we could do ourselves was a little high. But the owner/manager? was so kind & understanding and willing to compromise with me. I will not hesitate to recommend this Auto Max location in particular to others and feel they are very reasonable and fair; they will receive my business again in the future as needed. I had such a stressful and frustrating day over something so simple…and they put an end to it simply-the way it should’ve been to begin with. Thank you!!

New owner, back to doing good work and honest service

Very professional, Told me everything that needed to be done and did it in a timely manner. They took me home while fixing my brakes so I did not have to sit at shop and picked me back up.. I appreciated the time and efforts allotted to me above and beyond fixing my car. Thank you, Service: Brakes

I HAD A "LOW PRESSURE OIL"MESSAGE COME ON MY 2013 SILVERADO. THEY TOLD ME MY OIL WAS DIRTY. THEY FLUSHED MY ENGINE CHANGED MY OIL NOW I AM BACK ROLLING. I APPRECIATE THE SERVICE AND THE FAIR PRICING.
