I’m a first time customer and I had my 2002 Jag towed to them. I’m absolutely impressed by the quality of service, the impeccable customer service, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment. Everyone was so kind and respectful. I was kept updated on the status and the repair on my vehicle took less than 4 days with them locating the parts! Anthony, thank you for your kindness and your willingness to step out on blind faith alone to help people you just met! I have told everyone I know about Grace Auto Max! I’m a customer for life!

Horrible experience. I do not recommend this business at all. I was referred to them to replace a front light and was overcharged. . I spent 4 hours waiting on them to replace my front light then my vehicle ended up failing the inspection due to their mishaps. They advertise as a Christian based business but are not honest. The manager promised to refund a portion of what I paid, but now when I call, they act clueless. Please go elsewhere especially if you are female!!!

They are fast and reliable, my car was fixed earlier than expected with the faulty parts working perfectly. The atmosphere of the environment is conducive aswell. Recommending grace auto max to everyone in need of good and professional car services.

They’ve done my vehicle’s oil changes and inspections and they are always quick and very courteous. My most recent visit was for a battery installation. The price they gave me in person was different than the one over the phone however without any issue, they adjusted it immediately. I appreciate their level of integrity and would definitely recommend.

The job was done expeditiously and professionally. I had been going to the dealership for auto repairs and waiting for weeks to get my car back. I drove into Grace Auto on a Monday morning; got the diagnoses on Monday afternoon; after my warranty with Carshield was approved on a Tuesday afternoon I had my car on Thursday. The front office was neat and clean and the service was very professional and courteous. Thank you for your service and I will be back.

The environment was warm and courteous. They recognized me from a previous visit. That previous visit left me feeling comfortable enough to return. I asked a question about my service and was given a satisfactory answer. The overall experience makes me willing to recommend this shop to my dearest of friends. I won’t hesitate to refer others “Grace Auto Max”. OOoo and the wait was not long!

I had an excellent experience at Grace Automax! My sons AC started acting up on a Saturday morning, just as he was leaving home to return to college. Reggie and Anthony at Grace got us in and out quickly on a busy Saturday so that he could get on the road for his long drive back to school. They were very professional and the service was top notch! Grace is my go to for auto repairs from now on!
