The staff were welcoming and professional! Reggie the GM and Jonathan at the front desk were very attentive and helpful. They maintained good communication and let me know exactly what was wrong with my vehicle when it broke down. My vehicle was ready to go in a timely manner!

I met a really nice lady named Dee Dee at the food store. As we were walking out she said if you ever need any work done on your car let me know. She recommended Mr Bird at Grace Auto. So I took my car there for a state inspection and Mr Bird had me in and out in 30 mins. He explained recommendations but did not push anything on me. 5 stars and I will be back for my other vehicle and any other work my vehicles need. Lastly they also off Military Discount 🙏🏽🇺🇸⚓️

Always great service here,. On 10/22/24, I stopped by for an inspection and thought I would also need new brakes and an oil change before that could be done. The job would take a few hours so William provided transportation to/from home so I wasn't stuck there. My brakes were still under warranty from a previous repair but were grinding and wouldn't pass inspection. After they inspected the brakes they found that glazing was the problem and the rotors just needed resurfacing covered by warranty. They performed the oil change and inspection and everything was so affordable. Will always refer to others and return for future automotive needs. Many thanks to William for being so accommodating.

My experience was amazing and very professional. From Jonathan's assistance at the front desk, dealing with extended warranty folks. He kept me up to date every step of the way. Benny the driver that chauffeured me to my home and back when my car was ready. As well as the great, fast and timely work that was done on my vehicle. It was a wonderful experience. I will most definitely be returning and telling others of the exceptional service at Grace Auto max.
